The Guatemalan street food concept started as a DC pop-up and landed at Western Market with a variety of snacks and plates including shukos, antojitos, mixtas, tacos and more. Named after a strong Mayan queen, the restaurant takes its name from an honorable nickname given to female family leaders in co-owner Karla Alonzo’s hometown in Guatemala.
