Isha is a D.C.-based yoga instructor known for her calm, accessible, and community-focused teaching style. Her sessions blend hatha flow, restorative yin, guided meditation, and reflective journaling to help you move with intention and reset your nervous system. This 90-minute outdoor experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect. South Block will be providing smoothies to attendees at the end of the flow and each yogi will receive a Western Market gift card!
